Utilizing the strength of community that we create together, we can gather and direct our intentions like a spring board to the next level.
We will be gathering and working with the power of nature and from the wellspring from deep inside of us and directing it up and forward. All this with the sense of play and rediscovery of what we once knew at our core, remembering and the path that lies ahead.
A few topics that we will cover this round are:
-
The finite and infinite game of life and how to become a player without limitation.
-
Understanding that freedom is a choice.
-
Living as an artist of life.
-
Tapping into the flow of the energy field that surrounds us.
-
Dancing with our shadow parts to teach us where our power lies.
As usual we will also address our personal needs, and how to work as a community support system.
This is not a course, this is a leap to the next level.
TESTIMONIALS
Lasse Zäll, Founder Stifinder A/S
Thirty years ago, I met someone who didn't just teach—he transformed.
Marc Drouin doesn't deal in incremental improvements or surface-level fixes. He works at the level where real change happens: the place where you stop being who you were and start becoming who you're meant to be.
When we began creating Pathfinder / Stifinder, Marc brought something rare to the table: deep knowledge of leadership woven through Native American traditions. Not as decoration. Not as borrowed wisdom. As lived experience.
He didn't force these traditions into the programmes. He didn't need to. Instead, they informed everything—the way he listened, the way he saw patterns, the way he understood that real leadership isn't about control, it's about service.
Marc Hawk sees what others miss. He asks the question you're avoiding. He waits while you figure it out, then waits some more. That's not technique. That's wisdom earned over decades of walking between worlds.
Three decades later, the work we did together still matters. Not because it was perfect, but because it was real. Because Marc Hawk understood that transformation isn't a destination—it's a practice.
If you're looking for someone to validate what you already know, look elsewhere.
If you're ready to do the work that matters, Marc Hawk is waiting.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for inviting me to the Autumn Intensive. It was truly a transformative experience for me. I’ve never received so many warm hugs in such a short time, and I’ve never met so many open, reflective, and heart-centered people all at once. The way everyone showed up fully and shared their innermost thoughts with trust in the process was life-affirming to be part of.
And then there’s you. What I saw in you was a deeply skilled and intuitive human being. I felt how you could sense exactly who needed attention and when — and how you managed to come close without ever crossing boundaries. You showed up with humility, sharing yourself as imperfect, with remarkable integrity. At the same time, you radiated humor and self-irony, which is rare to find in someone so gifted.

Department of Infectious Diseases, Aarhus University Hospital, Denmark
Marc is not merely a trainer—he is a catalyst for profound and measurable human growth. His work has left an indelible mark on our department, our patients, and our professional culture. I give him my highest recommendation.
For more than twenty years, I have had the privilege of working closely with Marc Drouin, and I can say without hesitation that his leadership and empowerment courses stand in a class entirely of their own. Throughout my career in clinical medicine, research, and organizational leadership, I have never encountered another facilitator whose methods consistently create such deep, measurable, and lasting transformation in both teams and patients.
Marc’s approach is unconventional—drawing on mind–body techniques, Native American philosophical frameworks, and experiential learning—but the results have been nothing short of extraordinary. Within our hospital department, Marc’s leadership course fundamentally strengthened our culture. Staff members who participated consistently developed a markedly higher degree of responsibility, authenticity, and personal ownership—both for themselves and for their colleagues and the organization as a whole. This is clearly demonstrated in our formal evaluation report, where employees described profound and durable changes in communication, conflict resolution, and ability to take decisive, constructive action. The “warrior–victim” framework remains embedded in the department’s values many years later, showing an unusually strong retention effect.
Equally impressive—and quite unique—is Marc’s impact on patients. Over multiple published studies, his mind–body intervention has shown significant, measurable improvements in mental health, coping self-efficacy, internalized stigma, and overall well-being among people living with HIV. These findings have been validated through both qualitative and quantitative research, including reductions in depressive symptoms, improved resilience, and enhanced quality of life, with effects still present 12 months after the intervention.
Furthermore, a formal cost analysis demonstrated that the intervention achieved these outcomes at approximately equivalent cost to standard outpatient care—and in some cases even lower—while enabling participants to take greater responsibility for their own health and life management. This is a rare example of a psychosocial program that is not only effective, but demonstrably efficient at a systems level.
The empowerment gained by patients is unmistakable: individuals learn to reclaim agency, handle fear and stigma, and integrate their condition into a meaningful life narrative. Many describe a renewed sense of purpose, emotional stability, and belief in their own capacity to act—changes that translate directly into better treatment adherence and improved clinical outcomes.
In summary, Marc Drouin’s courses deliver:
-
Durable behavioral change in staff and teams
-
Higher levels of personal and organizational responsibility
-
A uniquely strong implementation effect lasting many years
-
Documented mental-health improvements in patients
-
Demonstrated impact on treatment engagement and clinical response
-
Cost-neutral or cost-saving results compared to usual care
